01About

Hi, I'm İbrahim Sencer Özer.

You deal with one person — me. Behind me is a team of specialists.

At Red Ginger the person you talk to is the person who runs the team and delivers the work. But I don't do it alone: I work with a network of specialists brought in as the project needs them — SEO, software, video editing, social media management. You speak to one person; coordination stays with me.

I studied engineering, finished a business master's, and spent years working face to face with customers in between. That odd mix taught me one thing: people don't choose the product, they choose the place where they feel understood. That's how I approach design.

When I'm writing code I'm an engineer; when I'm talking about a brand I'm a curious human. Every project starts with one question: who should remember this brand, why, and at what moment? Once that's clear the design simplifies itself — which is why my work is built on clarity rather than decoration, without ever being dull.

I work in Turkish and English, and together with the team we can deliver in more languages. From the shop on the corner to a product team, I can sit at the table with anyone who has an idea. I'd rather have one short, clear conversation than ten long emails.

Stage and Site

On stage, on site, on the road. These frames don't show how the work gets done — they show who does it.

StageI do stand-up. If you can make a room laugh, you can persuade it too.

On siteEngineering taught me this: whatever you promise has to be measurable.

Site crewThey're who I spent the most time with on site. How a place treats its animals tells you what kind of place it is.

Microphone, second setSame night, second set. A stage is never something you get used to — you earn it again every time.

A breakStopping somewhere in the middle of the work to laugh is part of the plan too.

01

Creativity

No templates — a language that belongs to your brand. Every project leaves at least one detail people remember.

02

Problem solving

I treat design as a business problem. Beauty that isn't tied to a measurable outcome is only half finished.

03

Vision

I solve today while planning for tomorrow. The systems I set up grow as you grow.

How I work

I need to be able to stand behind everything I hand over. So I don't say yes to work I can't do well, I won't sell you something I think you don't need, and if something goes wrong you'll hear it from me first. I'm writing this as a working method, not a marketing promise.

02Services

Every place your brand meets people online.

Six areas of work. Most projects need at least two — getting them all from one place saves you time, money and consistency.

03How We Work

Four steps, no surprises.

You know what happens at each stage, when it happens, and what I'll need from you — from day one.

  1. 01Step

    Intro call

A free conversation. I listen to your business, your customer and your goal. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so plainly.

    → Clear scope and quote

  2. 02Step

    Idea & strategy

We settle the message, the audience and the structure together. The direction is approved before any design starts.

→ Content plan and approved direction

  3. 03Step

    Design & build

Design and development move together. You see working previews and give feedback in one consolidated round.

    → Live preview + 2 revision rounds

  4. 04Step

    Launch & grow

Going live, analytics setup and a short handover session. After that we can keep improving it together if you'd like.

    → Launch + 30 days of support

Let's bring your idea to life, together.
